What kinds of damage can you improve?+
Surface scratches, dirt and residue, light creases, dings, and holo scuffs respond well. That's what The Bathhouse Cleanse, Crease Restoration, and Dent/Lift Restoration are for, and Slab Crack safely frees cards from graded cases. Severe creasing through the card stock, ink loss, and water staining have limited upside, and we'll always give you an honest assessment before starting.
What TCGs do you work on?+
Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball Super, and Riftbound. Our database covers every printed card in all five, and they all go through the same restoration pipeline and pricing. Something else? Add your card manually in the quote builder and pick “Other TCG.”
Is restoration the same as card doctoring?+
No. We only remove contaminants and reduce wear using non-additive methods: never ink, trimming, fills, or coatings. Graders still evaluate every card on its own merits, so see the next question before submitting a restored card for grading.
What are the risks of grading a restored card?+
Every grader (PSA, BGS, CGC) applies its own evolving alteration criteria, and even non-additive restoration can be flagged as altered, returned ungraded, and affect market value. Restoration is a cosmetic service. It never guarantees a grade, and grading outcomes are entirely at the grader's discretion.
How long does it take?+
Turnaround is based on the service you purchase and starts from the date your cards are received. Most work completes in about a week, and it may vary with workload, order size, or special requests. Your portal shows live progress the whole way.
When do I pay?+
Nothing is charged when you submit. Every submission is reviewed first, then you ship your cards in. Once they reach us we confirm the final price and email an invoice, which must be paid in full before any work begins. Return insurance is quoted and billed when your cards ship back.
